Photography Services Agreement — Crysti Mincey Photography LLC

Services: The Quick Frame, total fee $99.00, as described on the Packages page.
Invoice: a 50% invoice of $49.50 is due to reserve the date. The invoice is non-refundable.
Balance: the remaining balance is due before final images are delivered.
Rescheduling: one reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellation: if the client cancels, the invoice amount is kept. See the Refund policy for full terms.
Delivery: a private online gallery within 2–4 weeks; prints and albums ship within 4–6 weeks.
Copyright: the studio keeps copyright; the client receives a personal-use license for delivered images.
Liability: if the studio cannot perform for reasons beyond its control, liability is limited to fees paid.
This agreement includes the Terms & conditions and Privacy policy and is governed by New York law.
