Privacy policy
What I collect, why, and how your details and photos stay safe. In plain English.
What I collect
When you inquire or book, I collect your name, email address, phone number, session type, preferred date and any details you share about your event. For bookings, payment is processed through a credit card processor — I never see or store your full card number.
How it’s used
Your details are used to plan and deliver your session, send your gallery and invoices, and reply to your messages. That’s it. I don’t sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, and I don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve asked to hear from me.
Your photos
Your images are stored securely and delivered through a password-protected online gallery. Only people you share the password with can view them. Galleries remain online for at least 12 months; I’ll always give notice before archiving.
Sharing
I share information only with the services needed to run your booking: the payment processor, professional print labs (name and delivery address only, for shipped products) and the gallery platform. Each receives only the minimum needed to do its job.
How long I keep it
Booking records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and business purposes. Your photographs and gallery are kept as described above. You can ask me to delete your personal details at any time.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you’d rather your session photos never appear on my website or social media, tell me — your images stay private, no questions asked.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses only the basics needed to run properly. I don’t run advertising trackers. Any package-finder answers you submit are used only to recommend a package and are not shared.
